Okay you want comedy? This is pretty funny, it's me attempting a jump at Timberline ski resort yesterday. My buddy Peter was kind enough to film this "for posterity sake" he said.
I've learned that life is a lot like the Matrix. But instead of computers generating a reality for us, we generate our own. Welcome to my reality, and the way I look at the world. I want to laugh at you, but I shouldn't. That is so much better than I could do. I see two positives in this: First, you did great until you landed, (just like hanggliding,) and second, there were no cows involved. Makes you feel better already, doesn't it?
I would blame it on the landing zone. shouldn't it have a bit of a slope???? I tried a jump once that Dain caught on camera-pictures, not video. One picture I'm up, next picture I'm flat on my back. ha ha ha You landed it, just didn't move. Maybe landing a bit toward your toes would have worked? I don't know ... I'm a skier who sometimes boards so who am I to say anything!???
Hey, that's pretty good! I would have biffed it at the very top!
